Plastikon Healthcare – Recall of Milk of Magnesia
September 6, 2019 - Plastikon announced a voluntary, patient-level recall of two lots of milk of magnesia 2400 mg/30 mL oral suspension because these lots did not meet Plastikon’s in-house microbiological specification for total aerobic microbial count.
