B. Braun Medical – Recall of sodium chloride irrigation
February 16, 2018 - B. Braun Medical announced a user-level recall of one lot of sodium chloride irrigation due to a customer complaint reporting particulate matter within the recalled lot. This particulate matter has been identified as polyethylene, which is consistent with the material used to manufacture the container cap.
