Lohxa – Recall of chlorhexidine gluconate
November 9, 2020, - Lohxa announced a voluntary, consumer level recall of several lots of chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12% oral rinse, labeled with expiration dates of 1/31/21 – 3/31/21, due to contamination with Burkholderia lata.
