BD – Recall of BD Insulin Syringes with the BD Micro-Fine™ IV Needle
February 1, 2023 - BD announced a consumer-level recall of some lots of BD Insulin Syringes with the BD Micro-Fine IV Needle because of manufacturing issues that can result in unsealed packaging for the individual syringes. If the blister pack of the syringe has a nonintact seal, then there is a potential that the syringe is no longer sterile.
