Abbott – Recall of various nutritional products
August 10, 2022 - Abbott announced a voluntary recall of Glucerna® Original, Ensure Harvest™ and PediaSure Harvest™ products due to the potential for microbial contamination from the organisms Cronobacter sakazakii and Clostridium botulinum. The recall is an expansion of a recall announced by Lyons Magnus on July 29, 2022. Lyons Magnus is a third party manufacturer of Abbott nutritional products. No other Abbott products are impacted by this voluntary recall.
