Mid Valley Pharmaceutical – Recall of Doctor Manzanilla products
August 30, 2017 – The FDA announced a consumer-level recall of one lot of Doctor Manzanilla Cough & Cold and Doctor Manzanilla Allergy & Decongestant Relief syrups because they may potentially be contaminated with the bacteria Burkholderia cepacia.
