Simple Diagnostics – Recall of Alcohol Prep Pads
December 5, 2017 – The FDA announced a voluntary, consumer-level recall of three lots of Simple Diagnostics’ Pharmacist Choice Alcohol Prep Pads, which were manufactured by Foshan Flying Medical Products, due to the lack of sterility assurance and other quality issues.
