Required code of conduct distribution to your staff
CMS requires you, as a Network Pharmacy Provider, to provide links to the Optum Rx code of conduct policies to your staff.
CMS does not require you to adopt the Optum Rx code of conduct policies. But keep in mind that distributing these policies to your staff supports CMS requirements for fraud, waste and abuse and general compliance.
