Baxter – Recall of sodium chloride injection
October 23, 2017 – Baxter announced a consumer-level recall of one lot of sodium chloride 0.9% injection because of reports of individual bags being adhered together. Tears occurred when the bags were pulled apart, which may lead to a leak and compromise sterility of the product.
