March 24, 2022 - Plastikon Healthcare announced a voluntarily consumer-level recall of some lots of Milk of Magnesia, acetaminophen, and magnesium hydroxide/aluminum hydroxide/simethicone single dose cups due to the microbial contamination and failure to properly investigate failed microbial testing.
