Fresenius Kabi – Recall of fosaprepitant
July 13, 2020 - Fresenius Kabi announced a voluntary user-level recall of some lots of fosaprepitant injection because the carton label and product insert incorrectly state the quantity of excipient edetate disodium as 5.4 mg/vial rather than the actual amount of 18.8 mg/vial.
